Tier1CRM™ to unveil ACE Message Manager™ at DF'11

Tier1CRM™ is happy to announce ACE Message Manager™ (AMM), the newest application in the ACE product line. AMM provides limitless mass e-mailing using our client's own servers (such as Exchange). AMM makes it fast and easy to send personalized emails based on Lists and Contacts in Salesforce. This solution is also designed to address industry compliance requirements, since messages are sent through our client's own e-mail servers and show up in the senders' Sent Items folder.

ACE Message Manager™ handles attachments, HTML e-mails, text e-mails, image content and templates. Additionally, clients who also use Tier1CRM's ACE List Manager (ALM) application will be able to use existing workflows for composing e-mails and generating lists of recipients, for example based on research preferences. Tier1CRM™ will be unveiling their new iPad app, ACE Perspective™ at this year's Dreamforce™ conference in San Francisco, offering a greener, more interactive alternative to the traditional itinerary. The app, which can work offline, provides itineraries to clients booked into marketing events created using Tier1CRM's ACE Event Manger™ (AEM).

Tier1CRM™ Participates in the 2011 YMCA Relay for Strong Kids

For the 8th consecutive year, Tier1CRM™ participated in the YMCA Relay for Strong Kids at Exhibition Place in Toronto. It was a blistering hot day for a 20 km run, but our 6 running/walking teams all made it to the finish line in support of a great cause!
