Tier1CRM Introduces ACE Message Manager™ for Mass Emailing

San Francisco, August 29, 2011 – Tier1CRM™ will be unveiling their new ACE Message Manager™ product at Dreamforce™ 2011, salesforce.com's annual user and developer conference in San Francisco. ACE Message Manager is the newest member of the powerful Tier1ACE™ product suite built using Force.com™, salesforce.com's social enterprise platform for employee apps. ACE Message Manager™ provides near limitless mass e-mailing from contacts and accounts originating in Salesforce using client's own enterprise email servers such as Microsoft Exchange™. ACE Message Manager™ makes it faster and easier to send personalized emails based on Lists and Contacts in Salesforce without the existing Salesforce™ daily email limits. ACE Message Manager™ is unique because the emails are actually sent directly from the sender's Exchange account rather than originating from Salesforce's email engine, which means they are handled like any other email sent from that individual. This solution is also designed to address industry compliance email requirements, for example in the Healthcare and Financial Services sectors, since email messages are sent through an organization's own e-mail servers allowing them to take advantage of their existing compliance and logging infrastructure. As a bonus, messages also show up in the senders' Sent Items folder.

ACE Message Manager™ handles attachments, HTML e-mails, text e-mails, image content and templates. Additionally, clients who use Tier1CRM's ACE List Manager™ (ALM) application will be able to use existing workflows for composing e-mails and generating lists of recipients, for example based on research preferences. Operating in both interactive and batch-modes, ACE Message Manager™ also allows a secure mechanism for sending "as of" another user.
