Product Deployment Lead
Role Description
The Tier1CRM Product Deployment Lead is responsible for the overall planning, execution & quality of complex system deployments to our high profile customers. Daily activities would include deployment planning & execution; process improvement & automation; customer interfacing; resource management. Excellent opportunity for career advancement and getting in on the 'ground floor'.
Required Skills/Experience
- 3-5 years working experience in a customer facing role with pre-production & production environments
- Solid understanding of QA, Deployment, Customer Support processes & best practices
- High attention to detail, quality & workmanship
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize, distribute & escalate workload as required Leadership; Works well with others
- Autonomous; self-starter; seeks initiative & continual improvement (kaizen philosophy)
- Solid understanding of Internet technologies & services
- Demonstrated analytic, problem solving & troubleshooting abilities
- Process driven; adaptable; quick learner
Nice to Have
- CRM Industry knowledge & experience
- Knowledge & understanding in financial services industries & capital markets
- salesforce.com, Flex, .NET, SQL, Web Services, XML
- Scripting, Process Automation
