Leadership
Tier1CRM is led by a management team which has worked together for over 20 years.
Mark heads sales, marketing and strategy at Tier1CRM, which is a certified partner of salesforce.com specializing in the vertical Force.com solutions for a number of industry verticals. Tier1CRM has leveraged the Salesforce Force.com platform to its fullest potential by creating highly specialized AppExchange solutions tuned to the specific workflow and information needs of knowledge workers in a growing number of areas including Capital Markets, Wealth Management, High-Tech, Insurance, Retail and Public Sector. Tier1CRM solutions are used by small medium and large firms.
Mark has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, but his roots are in the nuclear industry, where he was responsible for the design and implementation of mission critical systems.
Mark also serves on the advisory board of the SWI Group of companies (www.swi.com). Previously, Mark held executive positions in other divisions of the SWI group including CEO of Halcyon Monitoring Solutions which successfully created a flagship software product for Sun Microsystems, and a telco-class management product for Cisco systems.
Phil directs all business operations at Tier1CRM. His areas of responsibility include Production Facilities, Customer Support, Quality Control, Product Implementation and Professional Services. He works closely with SWI Group CFO Polly Lau in Finance and Administration. Phil is also responsible for Partner Relationships including Tier1CRM's deep relationship with Salesforce.com. Phil has many years of experience in Salesforce.com implementations and brings that knowledge to all areas of his responsibilities.
Phil is the former CEO of SWI Systemware and he also serves on the advisory board of the SWI Group of companies. Phil has more than 20 years in the nuclear and financial sectors with deep management, sales and operations experience.
Mario Lollino is responsible for developing and executing product strategy and marketing at Tier1CRM. Mario is a financial services expert with more than 10 years of experience in technical consulting, product development and sales. He has been involved in many capital markets projects involving equities, FX, FI and investment banking with firms such as E*Trade, Bear Stearns, National Bank Financial. Mario's buy-side credentials include consulting for Northern Trust and Deutsche Asset Management among others.
Ryan is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of the Tier1ACE™ product suite, and ongoing customer success of all our in-production clients. Ryan has more than 10 years experience in technical consulting and project management in the financial and technology sectors. He has an extensive track record in key leadership roles for large scale enterprise application and integration implementations including salesforce.com and Capital Markets. Ryan plays a vital role in driving the design, implementation and evolution of implementation strategy and processes. In his role, Ryan provides direction & guidance on product design and roadmap based on evolving customer requirements.
Phil is a system architect with close to twenty years of software design and development experience. Much of that time has been spent building robust, secure and scalable technology for the financial sector. Phil is responsible for the architecture design and engineering of Tier1ACE™ platform, including Tier1CRM's creation of new products powered by Salesforce's Force.com and Adobe FLEX technology.
