Leadership
Tier1CRM is led by a management team which has worked together for over 20 years.
Mark heads sales, marketing and strategy at Tier1CRM, which is a certified partner of salesforce.com specializing in the vertical Force.com solutions for a number of industry verticals. Tier1CRM has leveraged the Salesforce Force.com platform to its fullest potential by creating highly specialized AppExchange solutions tuned to the specific workflow and information needs of knowledge workers in a growing number of areas including Capital Markets, Wealth Management, High-Tech, Insurance, Retail and Public Sector. Tier1CRM solutions are used by small medium and large firms.
Mark has more than 20 years of experience in the financial sector, but his roots are in the nuclear industry, where he was responsible for the design and implementation of mission critical systems.
Mark also serves on the advisory board of the SWI Group of companies (www.swi.com). Previously, Mark held executive positions in other divisions of the SWI group including CEO of Halcyon Monitoring Solutions which successfully created a flagship software product for Sun Microsystems, and a telco-class management product for Cisco systems.
Phil directs all business operations at Tier1CRM. His areas of responsibility include Production Facilities, Customer Support, Quality Control, Product Implementation and Professional Services. He works closely with SWI Group CFO Polly Lau in Finance and Administration. Phil is also responsible for Partner Relationships including Tier1CRM's deep relationship with Salesforce.com. Phil has many years of experience in Salesforce.com implementations and brings that knowledge to all areas of his responsibilities.
Phil is the former CEO of SWI Systemware and he also serves on the advisory board of the SWI Group of companies. Phil has more than 20 years in the nuclear and financial sectors with deep management, sales and operations experience.
Ryan is responsible for ensuring the ongoing success of our customers with Tier1CRM products, including customer support, product upgrades, and overall customer adoption. In his role, Ryan also provides direction and guidance on the product design and roadmap based on evolving customer requirements.Ryan has over 15 years experience in software design and development, consulting and project management in both financial and technology sectors. He has an extensive track record in key leadership roles for enterprise-wide, mission-critical implementations including salesforce.com and Capital Markets.
Ryan holds a bachelor's degree in systems design engineering from the University of Waterloo.
Léa spearheads the feature rich growth and development of our Tier1ACE product suite. She has been instrumental in the implementation of our agile workflow allowing us to provide exceptional responsiveness to our clients. Léa has more than 20 years of experience in software product development and project management. Much of her experience involves directing creative and product development teams in the creation of rich internet applications.
For the last five years she has been directing our product development team in the evolution of our cutting edge client relationship solutions utilizing salesforce.com as the platform of choice and driving the product roadmap based on both internal and external client feedback.
Victoria is responsible for product architecture, development and quality assurance at Tier1CRM. She works closely with Product Management, providing input on product features as well as determining the best architecture and technology to deliver state of the art cloud based CRM solutions.
Victoria has over 25 years experience building state of the art software solutions for a wide variety of applications. She has worked at several start-up organizations at the executive level, in the database space. She has successfully lead many technically complex projects including financial trading platforms, market and credit risk systems, banking applications and security infrastructures to name a few.
Victoria has a Bachelor of Mathematics, Computer Science Honors degree from the University of Waterloo.
Michael leads the Professional Services team providing end to end implementations and solution customizations of the Tier1ACE product suite and the Salesforce platform to ensure successful rollouts and high user adoption for our clients. His team works closely with clients and the Tier1CRM Product team to identify and specify requirements for ACE product enhancements to meet the increasingly sophisticated needs of the users and with client technology teams and solution partners to deliver high value data integrations, bringing mission critical data to the users of Tier1ACE products.
Michael has over 30 years experience in operations, sales management, marketing, customer support, training and product design including over 15 years of CRM solution consulting experience in a wide variety of industry segments including complex enterprise Capital Markets implementations on the Salesforce platform.
