John is the founder of the SWI Group, a portfolio of software and IT services companies. He was also the former Head of Global Technology of Barclays Global Investors. Before 1990, John worked on control systems engineering projects in the nuclear power industry, playing a major role in developing custom operating systems used in safety critical applications. Since then, he has worked primarily in the investment industry creating a wide range of custom solutions for both sell side and buy side.

Mike is the Vice President of Worldwide Field Operations at CollabNet, a leader in SaaS (Software as a Service). In the past, he held the position of senior vice president at Kintana, where he doubled the company's revenue growth in 2001 and 2002. Other achievements include helping to drive the strategic repositioning that led to the successful acquisition by Mercury Interactive as well as holding executive-level sales and business development positions at Oracle and Siebel.

Jim has over 30 years of experience in the financial industry. Founder of Creighton Capital Management, he has held the position of Global Chief Investment Officer at three of the world's largest investment management firms - Barclays Global Investors, Deutsche Asset Management and Northern Trust. He has extensive experience in the management and trading of quantitative portfolios at the highest level of institutional scale.

Mark is the CEO of Tier1CRM Inc., a provider of specialized CRM solutions powered by on-demand industry leader salesforce.com. He has an entrepreneurial track record of creating innovative new products and businesses with more than 25 years of experience in the financial, telco and energy sectors. Co-Founder and former CEO of Halcyon Monitoring Solutions (spin-off from SWI Group), he established a licensing deal to Sun Microsystems in the 2nd year of operation as well as a co-selling agreement resulting in a profitable business for over 10 years.
