Quality Assurance Test Lead/Manager
You are an energetic, dynamic, motivated leader with a passion to take personal responsibility for the quality of our product releases

You will lead and continually improve our overall QA release strategy and processes to foster efficiency and scale from a tactical and strategic perspective – including the selection and implementation of tools, test infrastructure and partnerships

You will provide “hands-on” leadership in the design, development, and execution of manual and automated test cases that ensure the software releases meet the intended requirements and quality standards

You will organize, prioritize, and lead QA release efforts to meet release timelines with appropriate quality standards

You will build, update, and enhance the QA metrics and reports that will support recommendations for delivery

You will mentor and motivate members of the QA team so they can become superstars like you

You will work collaboratively with product managers, software developers and release engineering to foster a team-based approach to high quality software

You will assist in establishing a high-performance culture of continuous delivery by implementing modern QA & devOps processes

You will work closely with the Salesforce development platform as our backend data repository as well as using some of the Salesforce development tools (APEX) for business logic. Presentation layers are developed in HTML

5+ years of “hands on” QA experience as a team lead/manager in an agile environment for a product company (SaaS, Mobile) – from requirements or user stories analysis, writing and executing test cases, triaging & maintaining defect backlog

3+ years of experience working in Agile Scrum software development environment and related tools & methodologies

2+ years of experience with test automation tools (TestComplete, HP QuickTest Professional or UFT, Selenium, other)

Hands-on experience with software development, scripting and Internet technologies (salesforce.com/force.com, Apex, VisualForce, Java, C++, SQL, PHP, HTML5, Bash, Perl, Python, ANT, XML, etc.)

Strong collaboration, communication and team building skills with experience managing onshore, nearshore and offshore teams

Self-starter who shows initiative and continuous improvement. Naturally curious, continuously enhance knowledge and expertise to keep current

Excellent oral and written English communication skills

University degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent with demonstrated academic excellence

Nice To Have
Scripting language experience such as (Perl, JavaScript, Python)

Working knowledge of salesforce.com platform and related tools & technologies (Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Eclipse, XML)

Experience with release engineering and DevOps for enterprise software and/or mobile products with continuous integration (Jenkins, TeamCity, Bamboo, GitLab, etc.)

Experience with source control platforms (Subversion, Helix, Git, etc.)

Experience with product development and testing tools in an agile environment (Rally/CA Agile Central, HP Quality Center, Jira, etc.)

Knowledge and understanding in capital markets and financial services industries

Holds (or looking forward obtaining) a testing certification (e.g., ISTQB)
