John leads the Customer Success group delivering ongoing account and technical support to our clients. From resolution of technical and training issues to change management planning and adoption optimization, the Customer Success team covers the full scope of client needs.

John is a broadly-skilled technology professional of more than twenty-five years of experience providing support to large public- and private-sector organisations. Over the span of his career he has worked as a business relationship and project manager, developer, pre-sales engineer, process and systems analyst, support technician, technical writer, and trainer.
